Deadly explosion at fertiliser factory

An explosion occurred at a fertiliser manufacturing facility in Xinle, Hebei province, on November 7 reported China News. The explosion in the exhaust gas combustion facility of Hebei Jinwantai Fertiliser Company killed six people and severely injured two. An inspection team determined that no flammable or toxic substances were leaking. The Shijiazhuang government set up an investigation committee to determine what happened. The company produces a variety of fertiliser products and components.
