Instead of endlessly turning over worries in your mind, it might help to get them out of your head and onto some paper. In this video, we learn a way to map out any stressful situation by creating a Venn diagram—drawing two simple circles—that divides issues into things we can control and things outside of our control. Seeing the sources of our stress written down in this way can provide a sense of understanding and calm that can help beat anxiety.
