Celebrate Creativity at Zine Fest
Bring your family and friends to Santa Rosa Zine Fest 2020 (#SRZF2020), a free, all ages virtual event this Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Zines are do-it-yourself publications that can be created by anyone on any topic, from poetry, music, literature to self care, activism, art, and more!
Register for sessions here. Spanish interpretation will be available for all sessions.
Zine Fest will feature three sessions: an artmaking workshop with Amanda Ayala and RJ Simon, a panel conversation with authors Maia Kobabe and Tessa Hulls, and a comics and zinemaking workshop by Yael Levy. Check out the digital artists’ alley showcase featuring North Bay artists.
Bring your ideas to life, make a zine, and learn from local zinesters about their creative process! You can even submit your zine to the Sonoma Responds Archive.
